It’s 9am!

Each school day select students run a television program broadcasted live to throughout the entire building. This program, Morning Announcements, delivers all updates, notices and community awareness to the student body. Students run this professional broadcast through the state of the art MHS TV Studio. Students spend time during study halls and after school to preparing scripts, graphics, equipment checks, lighting and rundowns. At 9:05 it’s go time!

The entire school is now wired to receive the morning broadcast. The school now uses Video over IP, allowing any computer with a network connection to see the broadccast through the intranet.

The MHS Morning Announcements are generated through the Student Activities Office. Announcements for the following day need to be submitted to the SA office prior to 10 am on the previous day. To submit an announcement please fill out a Morning Announcement Form and email it to the Student Activities Office.
